Most Internet providers allocate Data for a connection, split into two segments. A certain portion is for Day use and the remaining is for Night use. Unfortunately, the Day portion is smaller compared to the Night allocation. However, whether one uses the entire allocation or not within the given billing period, the service provider will be charging for both used and unused segments, unless if the user had not exceeded the allocation. It is not a good business practice and especially when there is a lockdown in many parts of the world due to the epidemic situation. Reading Facility at Makumbura Multimodal Facility

This is based on a true incident. While being admitted to Grade One class, parents were told by the Class teacher that the child would be addressed henceforth by her second name instead of her commonly used name. The parents were shocked and the hapless child protested vehemently but no avail. The reason for this decision was based on having another child with the same name already in the class registry. Now the child is registered under her second name which has never been used in any open conversations hitherto, except for documentation purposes only. The parents are from not so affluent backgrounds and with limited education, hence despite their misgivings had to accept the Class teacher’s decision finally.
